

I now fully understand why it was OK for the receptionist to hang up on me. They did nothing to try to make it right they didn’t they did nothing to try to remedy the situation other than to hang up the phone on me and ask me to leave the salon. About this whole experience was not like anything I’ve ever experienced before. I was flabbergasted!!! If you can’t handle one upset customer then I don’t know how you keep any customers. This is when the owner told me to get out/leave and that they were not going to allow me to be a customer of theirs. I told him to quit interrupting because I did not want to speak to him any further. The male receptionist who hung up on me kept trying to interrupt me while I was speaking to the owner/manager. I tried explaining that I was upset that the gentleman that had hung up on me. The owner/manager did come out and speak with me. Mind you at this time I was very upset with the fact that the gentleman had hung up on me and so I was unwilling to speak with him. The male receptionist at the front desk tried to act like the owner/manager was unavailable and he was the person I needed to speak with.

I immediately drove to the salon and asked for the owner. He told me it didn’t matter which stylist I got because they were all good and to “Go there then” ( meaning my other salon) and then hung up on me. I again reiterated that I already had a hair color appointment scheduled for next week and did not need a color today. I said I wanted the appointment that I had with the person I had been scheduled with. She sent me to a male receptionist to reschedule. I was not on the schedule books and then when she finally found me it was for the wrong hair treatment altogether and with a different person than we discussed. One hour prior to my appointment when I called to speak with the stylist I found out from the receptionist that she had no idea what my needs were or why I was coming in. I was given a specific person that she thought would be best for my issue. My first call to schedule the appointment I had a lengthy discussion with the scheduler about what I needed, the type of stylist I needed and why I needed them. Several times by phone call and once by text. I was scheduled and then confirmed 4 times in a 24 hour period. And all this without even getting one one salon treatment. The most rude and incompetent people I have ever come across. I had the worst experience at AVEDA SALON IN BONAIR. Please choose wisely before you choose which salon to patronize.
